ManualMaster’s Q-Learning - learning from the quality management system

The below case study showcases our cooperation on the Q-Learning project.


With the evolving demands of the manufacturing industry, ensuring that employees are adequately trained for their roles in the factory is essential. However, traditional training methods were time-consuming and lacked scalability. Our client proposed a solution to streamline and modernize users’ training processes to meet the dynamic needs of the workforce.


To address this challenge, our team developed a customized Q-Learning module. This module revolutionized the training process by allowing the creation of interactive question sets (surveys) with corresponding answers. These questions can be assigned to individual users, who were required to complete them as part of their training regimen. The system automatically checked the answers, providing instant feedback to users or designated trainers.


The Q-Learning module was implemented as a web application using advanced technologies such as ASP.NET, JavaScript, and React. This web-based platform, hosted as a dedicated website, allowed for the creation and administration of training surveys.


Our team collaborated closely with the client to understand the specific training requirements and workflow processes of their customers. Leveraging our expertise in web development and instructional design, we designed and implemented the Q-Learning module. Thorough testing ensured the reliability and effectiveness of the module across different web browsers and devices.


The outcome was the creation of Q-Learning module which can lead to significant improvements in the users’ workforce training initiatives. By digitizing and automating the training process, the users benefit from enhanced efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness in preparing their workforce for factory operations.
